So, look, we can whip out some courtroom lawyer speak for you right now, but we want to make this simple.
There are sites out there that give out downloadable items and say, “Here, use our stuff! Have fun with it!” But then it turns out there was some fine print. Apparently you weren’t allowed to put the item on your site or make it orange or something like that. So they take you to court.
But we’re not trying to pull a fast-one on you like that. We actually want you to use the stuff you download here, and won’t send a bunch of thugs to your house in the middle of the night. You’re protected against that by the text on this page.
That said, we have to protect ourselves too. We do this for a living and put a lot of time into what we create. That we choose to share them doesn’t mean they belong to everyone in the universe with no restrictions.
